Women’s ODI World Cup 2025: All you need to know, venues, dates, teams

The ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 is set to commence on September 30, with host nation India facing Sri Lanka in Bengaluru. This marks the beginning of a month-long celebration of women's cricket, coming to an end with the final on November 2. Defending champions Australia will kick off their campaign by taking on New Zealand in Indore. They have won the title seven times.
Meanwhile, India's blockbuster showdown against Pakistan will be held at the neutral venue of R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on October 5. The semifinals 1 and 2 will be held on October 29 and 30, respectively. The final will take place on November 2, either in Bengaluru or Colombo.
